What is Options?
Options is a charitable organisation helping women – and men – cope with unplanned pregnancy through friendly, impartial and confidential support.
We are affiliated with CareConfidential www.careconfidential.com
If you're pregnant and unsure what to do, if you need to talk through your options and find out more about them,
we offer support and counselling and can provide information about the choices available to you.
If you've had an abortion – whether recently or many years ago – and you're struggling to cope or come to terms with it, we can help.
We are not able to refer directly for termination. We offer clients information on all the options
and are well-resourced
to provide
both immediate and long term support as necessary, directing to other agencies as appropriate.
Our services are FREE, completely confidential and totally non-judgemental.
We provide a safe place to talk. Our trained advisors are here to listen, understand and help.
